Price reduced to 5 BTC ( 2250€ shipped escrowed)

The watch is great, did you consider selling it via an auction?

Thanks, yes the watche is very beautifull and perfect even if it 23 years old (very few wrist time)

Auction here or on ebay ?

i'm selling it to get another watche

What watch are you buying?

Do your research for the auction; some auctioneers are not honest but I think it is usually the best option to sell a watch

Any question is welcome

I'm in conversation with guigui about escrow. I agree to purchase at the 2250 EUR price. Looking forward to a nice watch.

But is this one of those aaa clones your trying to pass off as the real deal ( you wouldn't be the 1st)

I don't seem to recall any of the older bretlings having transparent backs of kinetic movement on the inside

the watch is genuine
i had it opened at local watchsmith when i was asked.
i have the proof of purchase from december 1991 and everything from the box (and the box itself).

Anyway, the watch is 99% sold to TTBit everything is sorted out.

I might an omega to sell soon... vintage as well and amazing : same price or so.

guigui371 and I agreed on a price and have done a blind escrow. We decided to use 2 addresses due to insurance reasons, max value on insurance is 1500 EUR. One is funded for 1875 EUR, one for 375 EUR. I will post my private keys here once I receive the watch in good condition. If it is lost in the mail and a claim is made for 1500 EUR, guigui will receive the 375 address, and I will receive the 1875 address.

I provided 2 public keys:

edit: guigui371 also funded 375 EUR to the address. I feel much better this isn't a scam, as he will lose coins as well.

I am glad you like the watch.

To every one reading : everything went well. happy customer it look like.

The only flaw in the 2 sig transaction without an escrow is that if the buyer was a scamer he could have kept his share of the private key and ask for some BTC to release the private key.
(like : give me 1 btc and i release to you the 5btc transaction for the selling).

maybe an escrow or a 3 out of 4 sig is a good choice using 2 escrows independent

Anyway : TTbit is trusty

Watch is sold i'm going to edit the main post

This is true, I could have. Every transaction is going to have risk. Sending funds to an escrow would have the risk that I claim the package was empty, or the escrow agent just runs off with the money.

The watch trade was not going to happen if it came down to one of us sending first. We were able to change the risk parameters so that we both felt comfortable trading. You still need honest people on both sides.
