I have created website for raffles the site is very crude at the moment but it will get better over time I am still learning HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP it is very simple you deposit 0.0001 then at the end of the month I take the addresses received and I put them in a random generator. Sending an amount more will be calculated into individual tickets and added to the generator for instance if you send 0.0005 5 instances of your address will be added to the generator increasing the odds of your chance to win the drawing. The drawing is for a small amount to start out with and it will increase over time. The first drawing ends March 31st and each drawing after will start at the first of the month and end at the end of the month. The winner will be posted on this post and on the website. I would like to do that but I thought if making a video of youtube of the random address being drawn. I don't really know much about php or else I would at it to the site for all to see.

Ugh can't spell. I think for the first couple drawings I will use a youtube video of the address being drawn, until I get better at this and more things get added to the site.

I could use JavaScript but I don't know how I would make it live for when I click the draw button all could see it but that is what I will be using for the drawing.

Unless you're streaming it live you could easily cheat it. Is there not a site that you can input the numbers in and it'll autodraw it at a certain time and everybody can watch the draw?

Unless you're streaming it live you could easily cheat it. Is there not a site that you can input the numbers in and it'll autodraw it at a certain time and everybody can watch the draw?

I will try and use Ustream like the person above mentioned I understand your feeling on this, the video idea I thought would ease some feelings about the being cheated I also realize there could also be a way to cheat that as well. I know how people feel about these sort of things I am the same way so I will try all options suggested to show you that this is an honest operation.

There is not a pre determined amount of tickets so it cost's me nothing the pay out is the same whether I receive the amount I am giving away for this raffle. They have to purchase a ticket in order to receive a ticket so technically it is not giving them away.

It's just like a casino or a traditional raffle of course the more people that buy tickets the more I will get but that will also cause for bigger amounts of winning in the future.
