I like seeing people with mindsets like this. This is more like making lemonades from the lemons that life has given you. A lot of people do not understand that what they see as a problem is a great opportunity for so many people to end up buying the dips, but they are always just so afraid to take the bold steps anyway until they miss a good chance. Knowledge and information also counts, as we apparently cannot expect someone without knowledge to make the right decisions.

you are making the most common mistake of thinking that because prices are lower than the day(s) before then it must mean they are good to buy. but the thing is going down doesn't mean reaching bottom. the "reaching bottom" which is the right time to buy is when dumping phase has completed and it is not yet complete for most of the altcoins.

Just be carefull on buying in dip. Sometimes it becomes dipper and dipper like a trap. Some wekhands are selling with this down market cause they don't know gow to get out of it.

That is bad prediction! One to two years bear market would destroy crypto currencies. After2 more months we will finally have bull run, that we we have waited for so long.

I think that when the bull market will start is not important, buy whenever it goes down and sell when you get enough profit and repeat it, also don't try to short everything.
