Well, if it been a car, and you ordered a polo for 10.000 and you get a Toyota Yaris whit a VW loge whit the same price tag and specs i do see a lot of issues.

I don't think the price for the MAT miner was anywhere near the price for the Alchemist. So it's not just delays. But to be honest I didn't buy it so why should I care. If they only have one customer and he's happy - I'm fine with that.

First some very interesting informations about the trustworthy and creditworthiness of Marc Coumans CEO of Mining Asics Technologies B.V.   
Just some weeks ago the German Company of Marc Coumans went bankruptcy.

Mining Asics told already several weeks that they have already shipped miners to their customers. But only a few customers will receive their miners because MAT does have only less than 45 pieces of Excalibur 5 miners.
MAT doesnt have more miners in stock and no money for production or for customer refunds.

MAT is a big SCAM Company and Mining Asics Technologies B.V. is not able to deliver any miners to their customers.

The intention of MAT is the desperate searching for some big deals in order to get more money the proceed production. But as there is a financial lack of more than $ 1,5M. It is impossible to solve the problems with the delivery of all miners to their existing customers.

Customers will never get back their refunds and no miners too.
There is no 3th Party failure as in the statement this week from MAT! Thats a additional lie!
Against the statement from MAT.  MAT is not able working together with a well respected Cloud Mining Company in the Mining Scene, because MAT does not have any miners for a cloud mining operation (MAT does have only 38 pieces of miners).
Any offers from MAT serves only the purpose to save some time, for what ever maybe to prolong a bankruptcy.

I guess MAT started to ship out. I have order number 1495 and I got my Excalibur 5 today. and it is running between 564 and 600 Mhash with a diff of 20.000.

Unfortunately this still doesn't prove anything.
The orders apparently are not being shipped in numerical order, one after the other.
it looks like MAT is shipping out a couple of random orders in hope of stalling the lawsuits that are rolling in and keeping the community confused.
And last but not least, these machines look so much like rebranded alcheminers it's uncanny.
Oh, and then there's the fact that NO ONE has received a refund yet. Many people have applied for a refund half a year ago and have seen nothing so far...

Until now Marc is telling a lot of lies it is time to start telling the truth about MAT!
First of all nobody fired me, I am one of the Ex co –founders MAT and I have left the company already in June 2014. This summer Marc kicked out his other 2 founding partners with lies and gave them false informations about MAT.

Since June MAT is only a 1 men show by Marc Coumans.

The actual lie from Marc Coumans is that the Excalibur miners are 28nm, that’s not true the Excalibur miners have only a 40nm technology. If they would have a 28 nm technology the spec. and power consumption would be almost the same as the KNC Titan.

Since several months MAT has no money for customer refunds, and there are still not enough miners and asics produced to serve all customers.
There are only asics and miners produced for about 25% of all customers and not more.

GAW miner received the last days already u huge quantity of miners from MAT too. These are miners from customer orders, which customers ordered and paid for long time ago.
So Marc Coumans sold these miners a second time to GAW miner.
Thats the reason why there are no more miners available for shipping to customers.

The Alcheminer-MAT Game in greater detail:
 MAT agreed with alcheminer to a joint production venture with the figure something around 2M $ for the development. It was a shared deal 50% - 50%. But MAT does not have any rights in the IP (asic chip design). For the 2M $ there are included 50K Asic Chips with own MAT Logo - that's why the alcheminer chip and MAT chip are identical. The chip is the same as the Alcheminer Chip! With 50K Chips you can make 195 miners, each with 256 asics inside, but of course still there are additional costs for the whole miner manufacturing, case, boards, software, controller board... of about over 800$ each.

But now the latest news:
 MAT doesn't even have the 2M$, so MAT received around the end of September only 10K chips. Nothing more - because all money from preorders was invested only in the development of the asics, not in the miners itself.

Now after the GAW miner deal, MAT had some money to pay for the last 40K asics and to the manufacturer of the miners. Thats why MAT still doesn't have miners... because MAT shipped all miners to GAW (Marshall Long as commission for the GAW deal), another cloudmining company, and 3 or 4 customers.

 To ship or make refunds for all customers MAT needs to raise more than 1,3M$. But the margins of selling the miners now are too low to make a profit of 1,3M$.

Most lies is coming from this former worker of MAT, trying to destroy a business with his Wild West approach, that's for sure.
No doubt that MAT should have done info much better and I hope they will in the future, but all this 50/50 confidential info/lies from this former worker is unbelievable, and if he was one of my former employee I would make sure he would be chased half around the globe...
I hate how Crypto has become, Wild West and people hiding behind aliases, like this guy Bjoern, who is also the founder of the MAT scam page on FB.
