I already shorted BTC at 4.99 through http://bitcoinica.com. I expect it to stop around 2.5 or so...  If everything goes according to plan we will see new wave of BTC appreciation after it.

You can see my stats at http://www.vagroup.net

I think since we are in a short term capitulation phase, picking the exact bottom is almost impossible.
Things can get very irrational now after the break of 3.71$.
we may even see 1$ again.

Apparently, there must be one more wave down but as Elliott wave traders say that trying to catch last pip of the trend is for beginners.

Well done, not worrying about the last pip is the right thing.
There are nice 5 waves down to 3$ and the short term reversal from there makes this a valid count.
See bitcoinbullbear.com
Have a great trading day.

TL;DR BTC/USD $1.95 in less than 2 weeks

Upside move can be possibly new impulse but chance is very slim... I'm already short at $2.7223 and will be adding more... Next target is slightly below $2...

These are the exact circumstances in which I would start to get worried about having money in bitcoinica.  Essentially, you have entered into a naked short with them, which only works if they remain solvent.  Glad your predictions are panning out, though!  For several weeks, I was planning to buy a fairly substantial amount of bitcoin off someone in a face-to-face transaction some time while traveling last week.  Fortunately, the crash happened before I got around to it...

TL;DR Breaking big task into smaller ones helps

There is a story about the king who did want to move his treasure to other place... He did not trust this job to be done by anyone of his people alone. Because desire to steal money will overcome desire to be loyal to him. So he divided treasure into parts and gave each of his people small part to carry it...
