With lots of crypto related websites today, different contents, headers, index etc. are now being seen.

Just follow what's on your mind as long as it was not annoying and totally a crap. Do brainstorming on what unique ideas you can bring on your site.

Anyways much better if you moved this thread here: Project Development

With some cryptocurrencies -- such as Monero -- mining is relatively fast and simple and doesn't need a specialized computer to process the transactions. On the other hand, Bitcoin is notoriously slow and complex to mine and requires tons of processing power to lift the heavy load.

Mining and 'processing' transactions are different things.
Any older PC can process all transactions happening in the bitcoin network. That's what all Nodes do, miners just as nodes on a 30$ raspberry pi.

On the other hand, Bitcoin is notoriously slow and complex to mine and requires tons of processing power to lift the heavy load.

You could have mined bitcoins with your toaster back in 2009. The process mining itself is pretty straight forward and not complex at all.
You can't mine with your CPU as a solo miner anymore because there is way too much competition. This happened purely due to more people mining bitcoin with better hardware (asics).

But if monero had the same amount of contribution from miner as bitcoin has, you also wouldn't be able to solo mine anymore. It is just a matter of userbase.

starting a cypto project isn't as easy as it sounds . first try answering these questions :
1- Do you have any experience in any of these fields  (programming , marketing ,product management ) ?
2- how much is your capital for the project ?
Now, a lot of websites are in the field ,so it's not about the idea but more in your ability to keep up with the tough competitors and having leverage over them .

That is actually the hard part. If someone had thought of a good crypto-related idea that they can monetize on, then they probably would have done it already. Think of something that could benefit the cryptocurrency community that doesn't exist yet, or something that you could greatly improve. Then think of a way to somewhat monetize it.

While investing in bitcoin, make sure that you are investing via your own online wallet and never leave them with the exchanges. Bitcoin mining is one of the most used methods to invest in bitcoin, at an initial level you it would be best-suitable for you. Investing in bitcoin companies is also a good option but again you need to be a bit careful as there are some scams witnessed by people where they were cheated by the fraud trading companies. BTC Monk is an authenticated company who lets you buy, sell, and trade in cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin in a safe and secure manner. My experience with them has been great.
lol nice off-topic answer

I believe in the power of the crowd and this is a general trend. Think about how Wikipedia works! Or how now people tend to trust Yelp over Zagat. This platform: MoneyGoat - Connect | Discover | Invest allows people discuss investment opportunities and rate and review other platforms. You can follow some savvy investors to see what they prefer and propose your questions to a public who is interested in investing.

what is the difference between public and private blockchain in bitcoin.

Bitcoin does not have a 'private blockchain'.
There is just one (valid) public blockchain. It contains all transactions ever made on the network.

There is a concept of private blockchains where a permissioned network is set up. This places restrictions on who is allowed to participate in the network.
However, this is not the case with bitcoin and it is not really useful. A blockchain is a distributed database which does not require any trust.

In a permissioned network there is an authority which controls the rules whether someone is allowed to join the network. It is not a trustless nor decentralized solution.

If you really want to be successful in this market then you need very different services to offer so that people can get genuinely engaged with you. I mean websites with gaming, trading, lending, gambling already exists and there are big teams behind such projects who ran their ICO;s for them. I dont think creating anything like that will benefit you or it will surely cost you huge money mate. Also faucets are good but now a days people are loosing interest because they are seeing dropped claims. So to be successful you will need something different, unique.
