Yep, that's about right.

Once participants are added to the leaderboard, any valid bets they place are automatically counted by the site - there's no need to post bets or anything like it. Also, the leaderboard shows what the current minimum and maximum bet stakes for each user are (the "Max Bet" and "Min Bet" columns in https://betking.io/sports-leaderboard) so that's easy enough to keep track of (and, as soon as the detailed pages for each user are made available again, you'll be able to see all the bets you've placed since registering, whether or not they were valid, results, etc., all in one place).

There's also no need to deposit, or even have, the full bankroll available - provided you can place bets with at least 1% of your current bankroll, that's enough.

Yes right, you can deposit any amount. In essence, you have to make a valid bet from 1-5% of your bankroll and it's very easy, because we can already see at the leaderboard how many min and max bet can do to make a valid bet. The competition is getting better than everything I feel if compared to the first sponsor.

By the way, I want to congratulate Betwrong for starting it well, maybe you will be interested in adding more entries, because each entry has a unique and different reward.

Is the max bet of 5% in terms of to win amount? or risk amount? for example if i bet something -200, can i bet 10% of roll (to win 5%)? If I am betting something +200, can I only bet 2.5%(to win 5%) or can i bet 5%(to win 10%)

That 5% max bet limit is referred to your current bankroll where current bankroll is to be intended as starting bankroll added with wins ( or deducted with losses) coming from eligible bets.

Betking made it simple for their players and if you check leaderboard page you will find everything you need to know to join the competition : beside every username you might find starting bankroll , current bankroll, .... points ( monthly and weeklY9 and above all max bet and  min bet.

I think things are a lot clearer now, thank you for the explanation in PM. Having the min bet in the leaderboard also helpful; just a few more questions:

1. If I make a bet bigger than the max bet, will it still count (based on max bet amount?).
2. How do we see past performance or points total? For example, I should have a negative ROI for my losing bet yesterday but it shows on leaderboard as 0.
3. How is it some people have higher min/max bet on the same bankroll? Does positive ROI affect that to increase min/max? It appears so from what I can see.

1. Yes, it will count as a max bet allowed by your current bankroll for leaderboard purposes but you will get paid in full in case of win;

Yep, Pif is right. The 5% refers only to the max stake (in relation to your current bankroll) that will be considered from any bet, for the purpose of calculating your competition ROI% (and updating your competition bankroll). And, like Pif mentioned in another post, this affects only your progress in the competition (if the bet wins you'll still paid in full, of course).

That's correct. Thank you Pif.

In relation to the second point, I'm not sure what happened but your bets haven't resolved yet (they still show up as "Pending") - I'll ask BetKing to look into this as well. But yes, your ROI% (and now your "ROI % (Yesterday)") should reflect that outcome. Oh, it seems that the bet was just settled.


EDIT: actually, the bets I was looking at were placed today (you have 2 bets in the bet list, both placed today: https://betking.io/sports-leaderboard/sojourner) - was that first bet you mentioned placed before being added to the leaderboard? (I added you shortly before posting about it in the Registration Thread) If so, that bet won't count, I'm afraid.

Hello guys, I would like to propose a participation prize as we have at the first sponsor, if that is possible then I think this competition will be more crowded and maybe more participants will join. Maybe you guys (BetKing.io - FrueGreads - u9y42) can consider it. As for the requirements to be able to withdraw the participation prize, I think it doesn't matter if there are similarities with the first sponsor such as rollover or whatever the conditions are to be able to withdraw the participation prize. Ah well, so the bet I placed on October 8th didn't count, should have waited for registration confirmation, but no matter.

Anyway, it does seem that the leaderboard is a little buggy, but I think admins have realised this and are working on it. Bets that aren't settled seem to count as a loss in leaderboard, so my cricket bet which is still carrying on now (yes, cricket can take days haha) and shows as a loss, not sure how my stats will look today.

I got some good bets going on on other games, any chance BK will ever extend their football selections? Maybe too much to ask for all the non-senior games but would be great to have Cup of Nations selections, otherwise it's just friendlies for international break (boo!).

Points Correction for the 8th October

Hello everyone, as u9y42 pointed out in the first point update, the Leaderboard was having an issue tracking Omikifuse bets. This has now been solved, and his bets are now visible in his profile.

Since he made 4,0789% ROI and 2% ROI with entries Omikifuse2 and Omikifuse respectively, he was able to rank 1st and 6th place on that day, and we had to adjust points accordingly.

These are now the Weekly points for the first day of our competition (8th October), after that correction.

Regarding our last sponsor, don't forget that only main prizes (Top7 monthly prizes) were paid with no restrictions. All the other prizes (Daily, Weekly, and the participation prize), were paid as casino house credit.
One of the main changes, that I think you all appreciate, is that all prizes with Betking are available for betting. This was a really great improvement in my opinion (and I think the restrictions are very competitive and achievable).

Anyway, depending how this Edition goes, we will as usual try our best to make this competition better if we can.

@buwaytress Regarding the leaderboard issues I think everything should be solved now. Like I said in this post, your daily ROI% was manually updated, so your points are correct now. If you notice any problems, please let us know, so we can fix them.

Regarding Cup of Nations selections, I will inform Betking about your request. They do have Europe - UEFA Nations League, so it's not just international friendly matches. Tomorrow (11th October) you have all 7 international games for this competition, with over 200 betting options on each of them.

Hi Betwrong, you didn't misunderstood the rules, and you will be credited with your FreeBet soon!
They are credited manually and it usually takes up to 48h for BetKing to credit them. It should happen tomorrow.
