Rates are ok but the customer service could need some improvements.

thanks for your replies guys, I agree with you riekinho and my main fear is they claim they want to stay anonymous, and also yes prices seem to good to be true compared to most other clouds mining I was researching, I am now more oriented toward groupbitcoin.com , did anyone try that one? they have address and contact number and seem to be based in london, it seems more trustworthy to me

The guy that made this thread also mentioned us in another very similar thread they started.
I'd rather we weren't considered similar to such obvious scam sites like this Alpha thing. That is all.
