How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling?

I was just thinking how much time people spend on gambling sites on a daily basis? I bounce back and forth between work

and household activities, but in my spare time, I like to chill with a beer in hand and doing some casual gambling. I do this

while watching TV, so it is part of my entertainment time.    Do you think, time spend on gambling is linked to gambling

addiction? Let's discuss this.

gambling has just become rampant nowadays, its like every person isnt normal if they are not gambling, but me, im just gambling for quite some time, enough to get a profit for it or if ever losing, im losing for the amount of what can i afford to lose.

I think it's a wrong mindset dude or tradition in a country is different? in a country that prohibits gambling is certainly think gambling is a taboo thing. I myself gambled only every few days. maybe just a few minutes in the dice. just for fun. but I don't call that addiction. even though I use it many times a month. I enjoyed it

I spend roughly 5-8 hours in online and offline gambling just to have fun. Longer time spent on gambling doesn't guarantee winnings, my own case is different because my primary aim is to be relief from stress and depression when playing. This longer time gambling has positively improve my health system in divers ways.

For me theres no need. To spend longer time for gambling online because i am not a typical gambler though i played sometimes but after a few bets even if this win or lose i closed the site and visit the forum to read some good threads and make some posting as i am in a campaign before falling asleep,this is my daily routine now after got stoppd from trading because of the bearish market

Of course the mind can change at any time especially if we encounter financial problems that require a quick solution. Sometimes gambling will be the only way someone take, and if it fails, a feeling of revenge will arise and make someone fall deeper. Even though we gamble, never make it a means to solve our financial problems.

The important thing is you have a limit in the amount of money you spend in gambling. how many hours do you play as long as you
follow the plan like with a limit to the amount of capital that you have applied. so that is not a problem

I barely spend more than half an hour if you want to have an average time from me. I always try to not get addicted to gambling because of two reason. One is- I do not have a lot of money and second is- I do not have a lot of time to spend with it. I have my real life job.

I also spend only 20 to 30 mins on gambling because i only come up with limited amount in gambling. Once that amount is spent i just go out.  In case of loss, the money is finished and in case of win, i take the profits and do not gamble on the same day again.

I mostly gamble any time of the day as i prefer online gambling which is avaible 24/7 and i can do gambling with my ease and comfort.

As far as it is concerned on how many hours a day i gamble, it depends on my position on daily basis. If i win first few games them i play for much longer time while if i lost in the begining i quit for the way with a hope to have better luck next day.

Well, it is good for you since you are not focusing on gambling. There are some people there that are doing gambling all day or most of the day and they can't call it a day without gambling. We're the same. I don't usually gamble since I don't have many funds for gambling. I only gamble if I only have extra money and I gamble only once or twice a week I think.

I think I cannot do that, spending a lot of time in gambling gives me a higher risk, I do not want to get addicted again
that's why now I allocate my time on a more productive activity, like educating myself to my improve my skills in order to be successful in trading.

that's why now I allocate my time on a more productive activity, like educating myself to my improve my skills in order to be successful in trading.

If you don't want that to happen, moderate your gambling activity and don't focus more with gambling. Spend time with some other things and dedicate only few time when you gamble.

If you will become consistent to that, I guarantee you that you're just going to gamble for fun most of the time.

I won't get tired of telling that to those gamblers that are in the curiosity period. I'm sure that many can't follow the advice but the most important thing is that we did our part of warning them.

I was once in that situation too so I understand each hardship that the new ones will go through.

There are much time who spend A LOT of time in gambling. I remember myself waking up early and sleeping late because I was watching sports that I would like to bet at all day. However, I don't think that this is something that can make you a profit. If you spend a lot of time you are going to lose a lot of money eventually. This is how it works. It is a good way of entertainment though.

Spend less time now in gambling compared to the way it used to be.  I could remember that then I will seat down from 8pm to around 1am gambling and betting and most time lose heavly and some times win heavily.
