Its surprising to see the poll at the same %, 42.1% for both 1h and 2-5h, I would have thought that not many people would fall into the 2-5h slot but I guess you can't underestimate addiction. Or maybe boredom?
Not a big deal since it was only from few people.
For me, gambling is some sort of entertainment and should only be done during our vacant time. Don't get too addicted to it because it will affect your daily routine and even worse, lose a lot of money.
We can tell this for how many times but we can't stop them from gambling into another level.

Probably it's all boredom, and you know what else? The number of voters that are there only a few and we need more information on that. If you think the statistics, it's not a reliable source of data and you still can't assume how much time the average person gambles.

I spent most of my free time on online gambling site, but only a small part of that time I used to gamble. Most of the time I use to chat with other users, especially users from my country. And to be honest, I have fun talking to them even though I don't know them personally.
Like you are using this gambling platform for connectivity purpose. This is strange because pope never talk much at such platforms. They have got some objectives and tasks assigned they always try to fulfil them within time limit. So often they ignore such talkative user that tries to connect to them without any personal or business meeting. But if you do this, amazing.

I think some of them feels bored in the game because they cannot win a big money. but there will be people that only want to enjoy the game only without thinking about the result of the game. I am playing gambling in less one hour and I think it's not because I am bored but it because I don't want to spend my free time in the gambling game only. I think it is better to use my free time to get relax beside playing gambling.

Hours will be wrong word for me. It is less than an hour now and sometimes no game even for weeks. I am very much busy with my regular work. One thing I always try to cover are big tournaments especially the free ones. Smiley
That is enough for having entertainment with the help of gambling. This way you are enjoying as well as keeping yourself safe from real financial troubles. Gambling is fun only if played in limits. Moreover, if you will have more free time than now, it is a possibility that you might end up becoming an addict which is not a good thing at all.

I was just thinking how much time people spend on gambling sites on a daily basis? I bounce back and forth between work

and household activities, but in my spare time, I like to chill with a beer in hand and doing some casual gambling. I do this

while watching TV, so it is part of my entertainment time.  Wink  Do you think, time spend on gambling is linked to gambling

addiction? Let's discuss this.  Wink

Edit : If you spend less than 1 hour on gambling, please chose option 1.  Wink
Well for me is 1 hour on gambling I am not that addicted for gambling so do me one hour is enough for me.

You have to remember, if kids are bored, they would spend hours on their phones or playing console games or even watching

TV. Adults on the other hand, will use gambling as a way of entertainment and to burn some time.  (Yes, some adults still

play games)  Grin  The difference between kids and adult games is the money they win or lose on gambling.  Cool

Do you think, time spend on gambling is linked to gambling addiction? Let's discuss this.  Wink
Gambling is not a daily thing, it is more like a weekend gateaway type of deal (not on weekends every time obviously). I don't gamble for a while and than when I want to I just sit in front of my PC and just pick games after games to gamble and spend hours upon hours just gambling and I put myself a limit to lose so when I hit that I leave. After years of gambling I know that I won't win in gambling but I can make my losing a lot time taking thing than usual so that way I will gamble for hours with just 20 dollars and still have most of it with me when I am done with gambling.

Certainly the time spent with gambling is indirectly proportional the time taken for getting addicted to it. The more the time you are gambling the quicker you will be addicted. This has been discussed here for thousand times but I am not seeing gamblers are taking necessary steps to protect themselves.

Controlled way of gambling or keeping everything under control methodology must deal with the time factor at very first. But people start "these controls" with money and do gamble without any restrictions. That is the point where they are vulnerable to get addicted.

Depends, if i have so much coins in my balance, i can stay 2-5 hours in a day but if i don't have so much coins in my balance i usually only gamble 1 hour but i choose option 2.
Now this let us understand a general and broader view of gambler mindset that he is always ready to not embrace big loss. You know it very well that as more you would play, more you would be losing your money. When you are quite aware of this basic concept and nature of gambling then why you keep on being foolish through these house owners. Open your eyes brothers.

I remember the when I gamble the hours I spent in playing is almost 12 hours, quite long isn't? It is because I only play with the dice game, I just put my money in there and leave it for a moment. I only bet a small amount in order to be sure that it will not lose an instant. And I leave it as long as I want but of course, I still monitor it just to be sure that my money won't depletes if I lose.

I'm not into it as I used to be. I used to spend perhaps 30 minutes a day. Now I might spend 30 minutes a week if that Smiley

Very good improvements. When you know gambling is only for entertainment then you can also find other ways to get entertainment.

Depends, if i have so much coins in my balance, i can stay 2-5 hours in a day but if i don't have so much coins in my balance i usually only gamble 1 hour but i choose option 2.

Even one hour per day gambling can lead you to addict to these games. So it is not advised to gamble every day. From your above statement, it looks like you already addicted because if you got funds then want to gamble for five hours. Now is the time for you to learn how to restrict your gambling habit and reduce your gambling losses.

Yeah some players even spend all their time in gambling, maybe today you can win but maybe tomorrow you will lose. don't waste your time just to spend money on gambling, you're right because gambling must be for enternainment, so use gambling only in your free time..

8.7% is in group 5-8 hours, that's my group lol.  I enjoy playing, play with low stakes, and .5% to 1% edge allows for lots of wagering.

I don't even play less than 1 hour a day, I only gamble every few days, usually around a half hour each time. There's simply things that are more interesting to me when I'm bored, like gaming, and I've never been into gambling a lot like some people are. I mainly play for the rush, and I don't usually gamble large amounts. I have better ways to have fun, and I like to use my time productively. I'm not one to sit still.

Yes but if the person can set up limit for yourself, he/she doesn't gamble even if he/she has 7/24 free time.

I play online gambling can take up to two more hours, even though it is entertainment but I do not want to go wrong so I lose my money too much, so I remain careful in determining the strategy and hope to make a profit with what I am work

Just change strategies every 20 minutes and use low profitable ones. You'll be fine.

I spent a little time playing gambling online every day in less than an hour, because I wasn't addicted to gambling, so I avoided things that could make me feel addicted because the gambling I did was just looking for fun and trying luck from it.
