this is a bug in MPOS, the next time it finishes running the findblocks cron its fixed, no shares are lost and there is only a small delay, I can re-run the cron manually to fix the issue but if your patient it fixes itself. Rest assured that all shares submitted get paid. This is usually a side effect when there is a large hash spike and the crons need to catch up.
