It's based on how the U.S treasury handles paper currency production in the U.S, thus giving Comet Coin a potential unlimited amount of coins that can be produced, however the amount of coins produced can't exceede 950,000 a year, and it will take 30 years, yes 30 years for just 285million CometCoin to be in circulation, if 950,000 are indeed produced each year. That gives rarity to CometCoin, which will increase it's price indefinitely until it reaches a stability, estimated around $200 per CometCoin.
