There are far too many compromised accounts to think that this is coming from the users themselves, either because they have a weak password, or use the same password on multiple sites. The rate is too high.

While the user receives the email, instead to insert a link to lock the account, shouldn't there a link to recover the account too?

No reply or even response from moderator or even administrator. I think its all waste of time I spend to achieve member level of Hero Member rank.
So.

My suggestion is kindly hire proper and experienced person for such case handling. I am ready to prove my ownership with ethereum sign too, or even authorizing with any of domain already listed in profile. But if a responsible person don't have intention to do it then its quite tough.

You should try recovering it by answering your secret question if you have activated it. that is the only best option i can suggest.
Admins will reply to your inquiry for about 7days and more. Just be patient, if you have done nothing wrong then no need to worry.

When someone tries to hack BTCtalk account, they first need to change the email address, after that going to reset the password.
I had a similar situation a few months ago, but I did not click to lock the account, just change my password and change back my email address. Keep my account active.
I was lucky I was with my computer and I reacted instantly. I see that it is very difficult and slow going account unblocking here.

I really don't wish to be in such dilemma here because one is usually perceived to be guilty until you prove on the contrary which is very very difficult from what I have been reading here... more like a Carmel passing through a niddle.

This is your fault for using a weak password next time use different password to accounts you think of high value.

As I am already netizen, I have took all possible actions to keep my account secure. But its not hacked or even banned, at initial stage I got email regarding change of email address, containing link which lead me to lock account for 14 days to recover with mentioned methods.

So My account got banned for 14 days. I tried to contact administrator according to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0 mentioned in post.

But still o reply.

Anyways. Still waiting for account activation.
