With all the cries of "Mtgox is insolvent!, they lost all the coins!", did we just give Mark the perfect excuse to steal all the cold storage coins?

What's to stop him from just taking all the coins, telling everyone, "we got hacked, lost them all" then retiring to his own private island of frappucino wonders?
