Depends on your hash rate. At current difficulty, you should be doing .685 BTC per gh/s.

Some days I make 10! And, some weeks I make none!

I mine with 2.2Gh/s at a relatively small pool where luck is EVERYTHING. We just had an ~18 day block from hell a few days back! =(

Getting between 5-10 BTC / day depending on the total hashrate of the pool.  Got 29 BTC yesterday due to the 3 blocks we found in one day.  Grin  That's great luck for a small-ish pool like ours.

At 1000 MH/s you will earn about .685 BTC/day at the current difficulty.

Technically, you had an ~18 day series of blocks from hell, since whenever a new block is found everyone switches to working on the next block (:

It was a joke.  Sorry for my obscure humor.  To generate 3501 coins a person would need 51% of the network hashing power which would be a very bad thing for everyone.

No, obscure humor is fine.  My bad for not getting it.  Thanks for the n00b explanation.

The amount you are expected to earn is directly proportional to your hashrate (with the difficulty as a mitigating factor).
One could as easily ask what everyone's hashrate is, and it would be less subject to variance or misinterpretation of pool stats.

I'll just dump my formula here again:
Average BTC per Day = (megahashes per second / difficulty) * 1005.82838 * ( efficiency - pool fees  - downtime )

Pool mining efficiency is ( good shares / all shares ).
