They stole my 0.5 worth of btc. As they are closing there exchange and disabled btc withdraw. Its been 20 days withdrawl is closed and there support is not responding positively. Dev of the exchange named  'gerimaster' on bitcointalk is completely a fraud.
I want to warn all of you not to use that shit exchange in future.

Please avoid them! Recently brought LTC for ~0.07 BTC and after lead zero (0.016) disappeared from the price and Exchange refuse to refund me. I've got only 50 $.

Thanks.

let's see:

https://www.scamadviser.com/check-website/icqbase.com

all exchange has problems, so you should avoid using new exchange that does not have physical office, that you do not know who are the owners of the exchange and that has no reputation. It is very important to always do research before using any exchange because there are many exchanges that are not good and do not even have enough staff to attend the support tickets.

They said this:

Quote
WARNING!!
Important Notice About the ICQBASE exchange.

Dear ICQBASE customers, thank you and other customers being with us, we have to close the exchange.

ICQBASE will be closed for security maintenance.

Please withdraw your coins before 2018-08-15.

We will be removing the wallets on august 15, 2018. Once these wallets are removed, we will no longer be able to recover these coins. Users must withdrawal their coins before august 15, 2018, in order to keep them.

- Trading closed for security maintenance.
- Logins enabled
- Withdrawals enabled for alt-coins
- BTC withdrawal under review for security reasons

ICQBASE disables BTC withdrawals due reports of unauthorized withdrawals.

So how do people who have bitcoin get their coins? It seems to me that they forgot it.

ICQBASE is offering a $4,000 USD equivalent bounty to anyone who supplies information that leads to the legal arrest of the thieves involved in the theft on ICQBASE.

and has this case:

ICQBASE is offering a $4,000 USD equivalent bounty

I did not see them make any posts about it here at bitcointalk.
