I'm doing a competitive analysis right now of 3 ICOs that targets the same market, can you share some insights on how you do competitive analysis?

I always check their management team and their dedication to the project.  The country (the government regulations) also plays a large role in the development of the ICO because this will dictates if it is supported by their government or not (which can impede/help the growth of the ICO).

Can you give out your analysis for these three ICOs that you have right now?
And if possible, give the names of these ICOs.
They can have the same white paper but the developers will have the difference.
Check on who has a better experienced team.

I am also curious about which three projects you have chosen.
Different directions must have different ways
So it would be better if you could openly let everyone study it.
There is no loss to you because it is not a secret.

You can share it here your 3 ICOs and let us compare eachother.
For those same target market, I am looking for the team members if they have the capability to implement its product. Also their activity if they are serious for their development, partnership and advertising. You can check also the status of their sale if they have more investors. Overall just read their white paper and roadmap and decide which project is most achievable.

Probably the statements are incomplete, how can anybody share their ideas and thought and how can they compare each ico's which op want if he/she didn't give details to it.
Any project has differences. Some are legit and some are not.
If you understand the whitepaper, you will surely know whether the product is good for short term or long term,  you can have a clear analysis.

Ongoing ICOs are analyzing iCoobench and similar sites on a detailed basis. I do not just look at these when I will take. web design, quality content, and how active you use social media accounts. I certainly do not participate in projects that might be scam. If I hear the slightest surprise, I never get involved with ICO.

A key role is played by the project team. If the team has experience of participating in similar projects, then most likely this project will succeed

I compare them by referring to the contracts and I compare them by setting goals and products for the community. In addition, if the good ico program will naturally have many investors choose and Participants will increase rapidly

I didn't want to name the 3 icos because others might think i'm shilling these icos. but here it is, proppy, rentberry, aqwire.
Here is my analysis
Target market, rentberry - rentals on US, proppy & aqwire - international real estate
MVP-rentberry is now on alpha stage, proppy has a working mvp but not accurate, aqwire is currently working on their mvp.
thought I haven't done research about their devs. All of them are on top of the ethereum blockchain. i can't research all of their investors. in terms of their roadmap, they don't have specific expansion in other countries, they just say asia, europe, etc. except of aqwire which states in their roadmap they'll expand in thailand and vietnam.

here you go, if you can help me on doing this competitive analysis. that would be great!

It is best to study the whitepapers of these projects and study the marketing plan in details. You also need to study their roadmap and learn how the team will attract a new audience.

The most important thing is the experience of the team and its balance. A big plus is if the developers have already participated in successful projects.

Of course the main thing is to see the printed white paper and calculate the road map that will run in the future, and I often see that with the famous support for the ICO project it will give at least a white dot to become big in the future, very good always active in every social media to attract many people, can you share information about 3 ICOs to learn together in this thread? become more useful.

There are a number of things to look at.  First is to read the WP and understand more than the concept behind the projects.  Also look intently into the team behind the project and the planning,  because these can determine if the project has any chance of standing through the challenges it will definitely encounter.  Definitely,  one project will have something the other doesnt: For instance,
LinkChain and Hirefreelancerz are similar projects targeting the same market.
Both projects are great and worth investing in,  but in the end,  it all comes down to what you as the investor wants and what you think is it's market functionality and adaptability.

on the same target market I prefer ICO with the highest rating from the famous ICO rating website, I will see the credibility of the ICO team, I will observe their live team interviews whether real or fake, and as small as possible I will observe each picture they upload whether original or take from another website
