It's one thing if gox realized that they were massively short due to transaction malleability, which caused them to ultimately be insolvent. That's a negligence issue.
It's a completely different matter if gox realized their insolvency or likely insolvency (when they stopped btc withdrawals due to its discovery of the problem), but then continued to take in numerous cash deposits over the weeks knowing that these people depositing money with gox would almost certainly never see it again. Isn't it mind-boggling that they would do this?
I had held out some hope for gox making its customers whole based on it accepting these new cash deposits. What a catastrophe.....

Your point is valid, they accepted cash to heal a secretly broken horse.
I mean, if they'd laid out their scheme, would YOU have tossed FRNs into the sausage machine?
As to, "how" they did it, is this: With a smug look and a straight face.

I would say they did it with a loud laugh, all the way to the bank.

I would say they did it with a loud laugh, all the way to the bank. Well, if true, one hopes it is punctuated by a loud cry on the way to the prison.

MAYZUS http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?p=4350816Quoting Izham Anyone have LIVE experience with this broker? http://www.uwcfx.com
Spreads look amazing.
Thought I might give the demo a try with my scalping bots.
Anyway, haven't heard much about them until stumbling across them yesterday on a forum.
Regards.

They are from the same owner of Instaforex, Liteforex, Corsa Capital and a bunch of other Russian scam outfits. Don't touch with a 10ft barge pole.

Not much, at this point. But at least they have a bonfire of money already burning to throw it in.
