I don't understand why the lottery is considered as gambling. At all, how all this thing will look?
Everything that can bring you instant and easy money with luck as the most essential component should be considered as gambling
I thought that only games of chance like roulette, poker (or every card game) which are used in casinos should be named “gambling”

Here what I found on the internet: Gambling is the wagering of money or something of value (referred to  as "the stakes") on an event with an uncertain outcome with the primary intent of winning money or material goods.

Sounds ok, but now I don’t understand the differentiation between gambling and lottery, because gambling is prohibited by the law in my country, but there is state lottery…

I do not even know how to answer on this question, because it is a bit ridiculous. May be your country just wants less people to be involved in this activity. For example, in some countries all these games are absolutely illegal, but it is allowed in some administrative regions

I haven’t ever heard anything like that and would be very glad if you provide any example

Gambling in China is officially illegal under Chinese law. In practice, however, Chinese people can participate in state-run lotteries and engage in legal gambling in the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau, whose legal systems resemble those of European countries which formerly administered those regions

wow, this is very uncommonly, I suppose that it can lead to complete repeal of this prohibition act

Of course, anyway this project will lead the industry to the non-profit model and by removing intermediaries change the rules

May be you are right, because I know for a fact that non of the existing casinos will work for entertainment of people, not for big income

Exactly! That is why Las Vegas is not the Entertainment Capital of the World, but the city of fraudulent activity.

I would like to know a bit more about this non-profit model, because if the platforms has developers it means that the system will make money for those who hold it.

The project team does not claim any ownership rights over Neogame. After the project is launched, the lottery will belong to the public: lottery players' and token holders' community.

everything is simple! Since blockchain was invented, people can play with each other directly, without organizers and intermediaries. There is no reason to play lotteries and other games that serve somebody else's interests.
