MtGox is behaving consistent with fail.

In failing to communicate what is going on, they are fueling speculation and making the problem worse that it otherwise would be.
I don't understand, if they've lost BTC that their exchange value means anything. They should stop.

If there was anything said at MtGox you should have taken a screen shot and posted as MtGox is offline now.

He's simply saying a Gox insider may have leaked the document to stir up a panic and cause a price drop, that doesn't indicate that he thinks the document is fake. Hoax is the wrong word to use in the title because it implies he's saying the document is fake.
