Whitelist & possible (confirmed) altcoin giveaway?

I report quite often. The most comfortable method I discovered is... right click on the Report to moderator link and open it on a new tab, keep opening new tabs and then report one after another. But problem is, my activities cooling down period (I guess) is 9 seconds. I heard that a user can reduce the cool down period by whitelisting their account. I assume a mod can do that or may be a highly trusted one? Anyway, can anyone do that for me please. I really don't know how this process work.

The cooling period is now 4secs. This is more than enough to move one tab to another.

Again in cases like that of OP it should get automatically reduced on achieving a good number of valid reports.

It's related to posts, reporting, PM etc. What I figured is, it's for every input that comes from a user. In that case it is also valid when you want to send merits to others, give trusts etc.

Like mdayonliner said, this time is shared between every "activity" you do. Reporting, posting, login in, meriting, PMing, etc...
