There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

PM me your offers. I would like to buy some BTC and I will send you USD via paypal or skrill.

just suggest that paypal is high risk payment processor and many people will reject it. If you have others payment method, you can using it, because a lot payment method, many people will like it.
Skrill also can making chargeback if using credit card for payment, you must know it.  Shocked

Well, there is no possibility as far as I know to chargeback skrill to skrill payments. Anyway, everybody can stay relaxed, this is not a scam. I have trust and reputation.

Just want to buy some BTC, and maybe they are some people willing to sell quickly.
