Hope you get back on track with all you lost. You know the crypto's nature is its fluctuation. The price moves up and down depending on the demand and circulation. The main reason behind current market's situation is, I would say the investment split across to many new ICOs then being on just bitcoin. Recent market had so many ICOs with best projects capturing the market yielding too much turn over to all the investors. Hence number of investors have increased supporting new ICOs with less investment targetting high turn over which is possible when the coins have at least 10 percent hike. No expert can help you out because market affects overall investors and traders itself and moving prices cant really be stopped.If you are just new into this market then most probably its not surprising for people to have these kind of reactions on what they do currently seeing on the market but if you are here for years then it wont  really be a new thing for you.You wont easily panic because you know that soon prices would really increase or recover.It not might be similar on previous years when it comes to fast increase but it would be better to saw a gradual and slow recovery.

I'm not really an expert here but I'm also experienced the same thing, I tried to cover up my losses by trading in the local market (Indodax), and now I have managed to cover up losses, hopefully you can cover it too

The digits lost is indeed huge and that amount would be a good capital to start if ever. The most possible reason why they lost that amount is that maybe they bought some coins during the moon last 2017 and thought it would continue to increase but it doesnt. This market is till control able by the whale so don't expect anything because you will not know it go to bearish or bullish although you spent time to analyst the data.
