I can give you one piece of advice in any market, you have to be very cunning and if the crowd expects growth then know what will be the other way around. Always play against the opinion of the crowd.  I am also very sad to see such prices, all my savings are in altcoins, but I'm not going to sell anything - either all or nothing.

I think $200 is a worst market price for ethereum and i believe this will not happen considering that the Ber-months is now fast approaching and this is very for peak season of crypto investment.
