Why are Wex's prices different from other exchanges?

because WEX is basically a dead exchange with not that many users anymore. ever since they were closed down by the FBI and then created this new website people haven't really been trading there and for a couple of weeks now they have been experiencing a lot of issues such as with their wallets which made it impossible for people to make withdrawals/deposits.
and there is a suspicion that they are manipulating the price on their own platform to dump at higher prices and then buy back at lower to make profit since they couldn't make money other ways.

First of all it is not trusted exchange any more and the most important fact is no one prefer this in order to trade may be thats why they are doing this.

Wex's suffers from a lot of problems that make use of it dangerous; I'm not talking about they are scammers, but perhaps the scenarios below explain what happened:
 
 -  Technical reasons: In mid-July, Wex announced on Twitter that all operations "withdrawals" would stop because of the migration of the database and maintenance.[1]
 -  Government Control: This platform is the alternative to BTC-e, famous for its problem with the US government.[2]
 -  Price manipulation: There may be price manipulation, but a halt in deposits and withdrawals reduces this possibility.
 -  dead exchange: The lack of movement on that platform makes it dead, and therefore prices are not real.

This platform is not as popular then other exchange and it’s not sustainable and reliable because there are some issue which are make it  unreliable.

Wex has lots of problems and in spite of having troubles they are different from other exchanges. People do not trust this anymore and also do not prefer to do exchange with this. They also do price manipulation. It is also considered to be a dead exchange!

I heard the latest news that they were planning to close this exchange! the last month there were restrictions on the withdrawal of funds, a very long transaction was going on! This is a very interesting exchange by the fact that it is possible to work directly with dollars on it! The course was raised there, because it was impossible not to get new money there!

As being compromised by FBI, WEX has become unstable, untrusted and risky exchange to perform transactions. Though some of the people still use WEX exchange, I suggest not to use it.

It might have an impact on the currency if people just follow the usdt price like inflation. Bank cannot process any transaction in 24h though.

I've heard a lot of negative things about this stock exchange, but I've never used it. I went to the site of this exchange and see that the trades are on, the orders are not small, people are trading, everything looks quite natural. I was wondering if someone was faced with withdrawing money or coins from this exchange and were there any problems with that?

Its all fake volumes. Never traded on that exchanges before, but I'm glad I didn't because its looks very shady even when it can known as BTC-e before, (and we all know what happens when US authorities takes it down). But it resurrection as WEX but still shady as f**k. It might collapsed at well in the next couple of months so don't bother to put and get tempted the by premium price you see there. Might be a trap for newbie traders and once you withdraw, you might encounter a lot of issues so beware.
