[Oz] Has anyone used BIt Trade Australia to sell Bitcoins for dollars ?

I have searched on google and can't believe I can not find a link back to any one mentioning Bit Trade on the forums.
Has anybody used them to sell Bitcoins to, in exchange for dollars sent into your bank account ?
Who do the Australians use to get dollars ?

I do not want a solution where I need to wire money from a overseas exchange. Unless I have to

Yes, I have used them many times with no problems what so ever.

How long does it take for them to send ? on the site it says 5-7 days ? That seems excessive.

Haven't sold with them, but coinjar.io is another option. Same with BTCMarkets.net
