I have paypal  €50 need BTC

I traded with others here before,  got scammed few times but never stole other peoples money

will pay you PayPal as personal payment so it will be secure

Only want to deal with trusted people

It's urgent. want to complete this within few minutes

Please don't trade with others dude.
You got scammed before.

Put your money into a exchange.trade dollars or whatever fiat for crypto. Done.
Could you please reconsider your move here by asking anyone to scam you again.

No, this does not make it secure.

Yes, it is not secure as it can be reversed. Any reverse payment method cant be secure eg: Paypal, Neteller, skrill etc.
