What are your habits that have allowed you to succeed?

I very often read literature that associated with the biography of truly rich people, and often meet  their similar habits.
For myself, I compiled a list of useful habits that helped to be a compassionate person.
So:
1. Planning - setting goals for the week, month or year. Excellent motivation for every day. When the assigned goal is achieved, you have a sense of self-surrender and a motivation to go further.

2. The right social circle - acquaintance and communication only with people who can make you better. Ignore  people who pull you down.

3. Make better your body  physical condition   - physical exercise, fitness, running, yoga. According to the most successful people this factor plays a very big role in human life. This helps keep the mind clean and the body in good condition.

4.
Meditation - this factor for me is on the stage of learning, but as practice shows, it helps many people turn their minds and thoughts on the right way, after which the work capacity of a person increases in times!

5. Another habit is to get up early - as surveys have shown, most successful people get up early, in order to make their day more productive.

After trying to follow these rules by myself,  I really like my current result.  Grin
I am constantly engaged in the gym and communicate with the right people, thereby  I got into the crypto-currency world, where I filling myself very happy.

I think that it would not be bad to share your opinion about my words and so to tell about YOUR little secrets that bring  you great results.

I also like sports and meditation, I always exercise every afternoon. push up 20x, run around the reservoir and climb down the stairs several times. I think exercise is the health key so it's not just rich people who need exercise but everyone needs exercise if they want to be healthy.

Agree with you,everyone need it, but now a lot of people are very lazy. Can you tell us more about your experience in meditation and about consequences?

Of course most successful people like sports and meditation,I also like sports and meditation.I always exercise everyday morning 1 hour physical and mental wellness can be felt at least once a day in sports and meditation very important for good health.

Because that is the only thing you can use to catch fun. After hours of thinking and stress, you have ti cool the brain and sport is the answer

I was watching a video about this topic on YouTube recently too. And I found out that many successful people actually have some habits in common. If you ask, what about me? It is really difficult to answer. Because I am yet to consider myself as a success Grin So, not very much to learn from me. But there were times I was really productive. And I think waking up and sleeping early, as simple as it may sound, was largely responsible for that.

I try to do it all but for meditation. I can't concentrate.

Actually, I want to say, that I eventually started to do the same thins and I came to them in a natural way.

I also like to do meditation that's why I downloaded an app called Calm. It is a guided meditation app to help reduce stress and to enhance our well being. It's quite useful for me.
Along with that, I also do Yoga. Smiley I think having a healthy mind and body is vital in achieving our goals in life.

I like meditation, however, this isn't simple at the beginning as it looks like. When it comes to sport I also try to go to a gym and to the swimming pool Smiley

A good balance of mental and physical health is what I try to achieve. Exercise, quiet time, and a mix of social activities does the job for me. As for sports, well, I do enjoy watching Football, American Football, and Basketball   Smiley

Bottom line is, work-life balance. While you work hard to achieve success, self-care is important. Aside from sports and meditation, do things you enjoy to keep you sane –whether it’s travelling, cooking or gaming. In fact, lots of games now are geared toward health and wellness. There are VR apps for meditation as well as fitness games that help you escape the world for a little while. Have any of you tried it?

Yes, sport is undoubtedly important to become successful, because it helps to develop not only physical strength, endurance and health, but also develops confidence and stubbornness, internal rod.

I like meditations very much, because it helps me to be stronger and to get through some my problems. I concentrate on this moment and this method helps me to relax.

Not sure about meditation - I don`t have any experience in it, but doing sports regularly helps a lot. It gives you necessary base to build your success on, don`t underestimate importance of your physical health.

It is OK to do sports and meditation to relax. In addition, you have to develop your skills in order to be successful. You need to make a plan and implement it.

I think if you constantly adhere to the "right and fashionable things and concepts" created by society, you can fall into the framework, because of which it will be difficult to even crawl out, you should not do something with strong resistance in your soul. Personally, I do not like meditations, since I have a temperament of hollerica, and I cannot concentrate, but I love sports, and there I can happily lose and be filled with energy, and make new acquaintances and useful connections. The main thing to do what you like and not what is right!

You need intelligence obviously because you need not to take all opportunities you see, because you need to picky but a smart one. Take trading for example, you there is only a time where you will trade and not to trade because if you will always trade without thinking about it, you might ended loosing money rather than earning. You also need to be with right companion and it is common sense. It will help you to achieve success. I always use this site primarily that help me to be triumphant in bitcoin industry.

I love sports , I love physical work because I feel that it makes me feel better , but to meditate is not much, only like to be alone )

I agree with physical exercise, good for your body and also your mind. I would add reading too, but be selective.

Actually, I relax with my favorite sport, soccer, I also go to the gym sometimes,
but just walking or jogging I make sure to do some sport to relax.
