No offence, seems like you are not a good designer. Just use the normal font and left align the texts, it will give some comfortness to the viewers eyes . My eyes are hurting when I am looking at those texts.

3. own start-up budget (prototype, etc.).
4. clear description of the project, contact with investors, good marketing.
