In my opinion the best ICO is ICO related to cryptocurrency. Suppose ICO about crypto exchange, ICO about Wallet, ICO about blockchain. ETC.

Recently i have came across Athero which is an advanced blockchain project and they claim to be the most modern version of blockchain network with more features and utilities than any other blockchain so for me it is a good ico currently live.

I don't know why newbie keep wasting their time to get good ICO project to invest by this way. Maybe they're too lazy to spend time to learn how to find out good ICO project but I think the time they need to spend to get ICO project by this way is much more than finding by themselves with their own experience or maybe they'll never can get a good one.

I would investigate RipaEx.  It's an upcoming exchange with potential.  As for other projects, keep your eyes open and study the whitepapers.  There could be solid opportunities, but you have to do your homework and deploy your capital in a learned manner.

A lot of new projects are coming in upcoming days as the market is looking bad most of them are holding and waiting to see a good revolution. Guys just research on the project and invest in that as most of them are scammers these days. We need to be very careful.

I have seen this project, and I also checked on the website, it was interesting and the sales were also very large for the softcap target, but unfortunately this project is still long over, if you see the roadmap still next year

The current situation of ICO projects are complicated so how you are suggesting the ICO projects. Because most of the projects are not reach the softcap so we will analyse carefully in ICO projects. I think next year market is different so we will be prepare the future environment and right projects are clearly proposed the contents so we will find good projects but hard to predict the future life.

There are many ICO that is good to invest for the month of november. But the current market situation is making the ICO project to fail on their token sale because of the undervalued price of bitcoin and ethereum. Many investors can buy more tokens because of low rate of the coins.
