We're interested in who else is building on top of Stellar, theres gotta be a lot of projects out there by now. We're doing a decentralized health insurance platform ourselves and we'd love to get in touch with whoever else is on this platform.

There was no ico that has stated to build on the stellar platform. IBM will be created the stable coin in the stellar platform and that's the only interesting thing for me to watch. Facebook denies that they will be using the stellar platform as the main chain and that brings the hype to the ground.

Not every project being built on a platform has to do an ICO!

topic just Stellar is in the headline.
   That is great actually. Platforms are taking over and it would be wise from us
to pay attention on both of this young platforms with great projects created on
them.
   I have some Stellar's, but I will pay attention on projects on this platform in
next few days.

I see quite a number of ICO projects being built on the XLM platform. This is a positive signal for XLM as it can help the price of XLM continue going up in the coming time. Also I read the news that Facebook is also building blockschain based on the XLM platform

There are many projects which based on stellar network. Out of them TILLBILLY and CONNECTY.IO is on ICO phase but i have no idea that these are best or not and for that you have to do your research.

Yes I've seen that XLM is an excellent platform for ICOs but you don't actually have to do an ICO in order to build on top of XLM!
