I'm a huge fan of conserving nature and planet earth by extension but i just want to be sure how your project will be able to convince me sitting halfway around the globe that i have a tree that legally belongs to me and there aren't any legal issues for that matter after i buy into your project.

You will be able to exchange your WOO for a contract, according to which you will officially own specific trees, the contract can be registered  with a notary or in the state register. The contract can be concluded with both a physical and a legal entity.
