Do you live in such a remote place of the world that there are no banks out there to mortgage your house for you loan?
They might not give mortgages on properties that cheap.
Moreover it is not your decision on how much its worth. It would be the job of the bank and bitcointalk is definitely not the place for that.

I keep wondering why people find this forum on the interent and no other place to ask for a loan using their house as a collateral.
Or people that don't try to read a couple of posts here before posting...
Also solicitors would be needed to hod the house in trust until the loan is paid or defaulted on.
