From our point of view TPX is a utility token as it will has some sort of use or utility within the Topex platform such as: compensations, voting, subscribing, profit share, etc..
From the regulators point of view all tokens are security tokens as they got profit ether from speculation or from dividends.
As it will be used only to get access to our platform services only we will be on the side of utility, not security.
