Hi guys

I just want to warn you that after they moved to a new serwer, mint.hashrapid.com did not withdraw my mints, ive send emails and messages here, but they did`t even answer. Its not only me, i know person who has same problem but because its not that much money he leaved it as it is.
But you know, a little bit coins here a little bit coins there and it all adds up.
So please be aware guys.

What did the pool owner have to say about it? You should probably work it out with him.

I have the same problem.  After filling out their contact form multiple times and private messaging the owner (His/her userid is: "coinhash") I have heard nothing back.  There is another thread on here where they did respond to accusations of it being a scam pool.  So right now I'm chalking it up to laziness.  I'm sure a problem like this is overwhelming.  Still, until I hear back that is the last coin I'll mine at hashrapid.  And I will be telling everyone I know to do the same.  In fact, if they really tick me off (Eg. The price of my 300,000 MINT they have goes way up) I have a scheme in mind to message all their users and inform them of the scamminess.

Same problem when I mined their pool in the beginning, I lost 9k Mint coins. no reply from support and they claim everything is ok, BS.

I checked the alternative ip address and only was able to get 1k of my 10k Mint coins.

I've alluded to them in another post but might as well do one more. Same story as others really. Missing coins, no replies to queries, switching servers, etc. The owner/spokesperson has complained in another post that running a pool is hard and things happen. Well, it's either a scam or incompetence or both. Other pools seem to manage just fine. People are entitled to make up their own minds but for me it's a no, I won't use them again.
