ETC .. A good buy for now?

ETC is certainly one of my favorite crypto projects out there and this is my third thread about it
and previously made me good amount of money ..

although i bought some of my holdings on +25$ i still didn't lose from it as i sold near the all time high of +40$

So.. what do you think about it ,
all predictions and opinions are welcomed even if it's against my opinion

I think that you missed the train. Ethereum Classic was interesting only for few days, listing on Coinbase and american Robinhood caused price boom. But I dont see that Ethereum Classic has a good future and why investors should support this project when we have a real and more functional Ethereum.

Not sure ETC is that great a coin, it was a good buy during the Coinbase and Robinhood listing, and that for me was about it. It's not one of those coins I look forward to hodling.

Given my choice, I would invest in ETH instead of ETC.
Because most people are paying more attention to ETH at the moment, and the current price of ETH is very low.

ETC might be a good buy.. but invest in more high-momentum coins. These are ones that not only have a more promising innovation, but also comply to various regulations so that normies can be confident in it.
See the advantage that btc and eth have is mostly that they came in first. But when you talk about utility, then upcoming projects can outperform these two current giants of crypto.
There are quite a number of upcoming projects, but one that shows great promise is Eterbase. The project is a more legal approach to a cryptocurrency exchange platform with a focus on multi-asset support and regulatory compliance

The hype around ETC has died down, the perfect time to buy was before it got listed on Robinhood and Coinbase Pro. But I'd say there's a chance of making decent profits in the short-term if you buy now since ETC will be added to Coinbase in the upcoming weeks, according to the Coinbase team:

"We plan to add support for ETC at Coinbase.com when sufficient liquidity is established. We expect this to occur approximately 1–2 weeks after trading begins on Coinbase Pro." ¹

you are right and I have heard this news. I think this is a good reason if we want to buy ETC now, because the pump will occur, when ETC is listed in the coinbase later.

ETC is the one of the best coin to invest your money but all the cryptocurrencies does not show the bump how the etc shows in the market. I suggest to have this coin even you are a newbie and want to make your investment more with this coin.

Please check the good exchange such as binance or bitrex and make your investment accordingly but don't keep there itself for long time.

I would say if it's going to increase this year a minimum of $20 USD is a chance it can come up to, Because of the run of the market right now I really think that it would not go any further that far for now, This is a tendency for all other Altcoins Because we are not sure if when will be the bull market, Or we might don't see a bull market this year who knows, All we need to do is wait patiently if the  price would continue to grow or stay in place.

cannot agree more. I think etc is something like bth, clones of BTC or ETH. I cannot see it have value and future too.

If you're willing to wait for the next bull run, ETC is a good choice. When normie investors come in looking to earn quick riches, they will flock to ETC as the "cheapest coin available on Coinbase". As stupid as that sounds.

However, if 0x gets listed on Coinbase before the bull run, then they may stick to that one, instead.

nobody missed anything, you simply took profits early and you're forgetting average joe is the one who buys your coins, coinbase is opening the gates for average joe to invest in ETC, that makes it highly likely to grow in value.

Fork of the ether will not have development in the future. Its maximum price was about 50 dollars and now it will reach about 30 dollars. For me there is no prospect for this coin, and I do not think that this is a good choice for investing.

I do not think ethereum classic will crash like ethereum, it is good buy now, it is much more stable compared to other altcoins.

I can not and I can not vote amd also suggestof amount you could spent to buy ETC, why because that decision is up to you to make. So, here is what you should atleast know that when your buying something to invest in especially cryptocurrency.

You need to learn that.
1. When you buying cryptocurrency make sure you know the amount of ETC is good like now it is low. SO, INVEST on what you are ready to lose.

Because if you invest that much we all know IF it goes down you we all know it is frustrating.
2. Be sure that you invest and ready (connection to number 1)

I believe it is a prediction that could help but we dont know
if it will come true.

The market is generally very low now and the bearish market is still prevailing.  I think ETC will find it difficult to cross $30. We would have many days to come before etc can makes good move.

Market is being in bearish era and ETC is not an exception. IMO, I think it's worth to invest in ETC, I know that ETC is a really good cryptocurrency to invest in and hold for long time. As  I know that ATH price of ETC is nearly $50 last year, if I were you, I would invest in ETC right now with really low price and hold until the end of this year or maybe until ETC rise to more than $100. LOL.

I do not think ETC is a very good coin, of course it can still bring some profit in a short time, but I find that it is not suitable for long-term investment. Better ETH.

After listing to coinbase, it fell. We do have the same principle of possible reaching those ATH prices. But no idea when it can happen again maybe it will ride once bitcoin's on bull.

We would have many days to come before etc can makes good move.

Recently we have seen a very good performance from the Ethereum Classic and the chances of increasing price are also huge. So now it is the right to move to buy at this condition and this will help us to make some decent money when the price starts increasing again.
