Is it up from here?  The dump was due to gox and gox is out of the picture for now (site down).  If gox does or does not allow withdrawls will that affect the prices soon?

A immediate term correction is overdue.

I would be very surprised if Bitcoin takes out $580-$590 on Stamp.
