I am using: Vircurex, Bitcurex and Bter

I never had any problems with them and prices are ok.

Withdraws in a minute and deposits after 4 confirmations (Vircurex)

Vircurex is no option of deposit/withdrawal of fiat at this moment right?

Bitstamp is holding BTC funds under false allegations. ( just like Gox )
BTC-e have anonymous owners(reddest flag ever).

I might add Kraken to your list since they are not compliant either with European regulations about fiat deposits (their bank account can be frozen and your funds with it).

All other exchanges just don't have enough volume or history to evaluate.
Answer: none is realiable.
You forgot a few facts about Bitcoin-central:

Its fiat deposits are regulated with a licensed Payment Institution partner .
100% of their Bitcoin deposits go to cold storage
The site is running since 2010 (even if trading was suspended for 5 months in 2013 for a security upgrade).
No bitcoin-central customer has ever lost any funds with them.

yes - you are right.
I do it via Bitcurex.pl as I live in Poland.
If you live in Europe you can use Bitcurex.com

Vircurex ->BTC->Bitcurex->fiat->your account Smiley

Bitfinex offcourse. The number 2 is Kraken. Other exchanges can be good/ reliable but I go for those 2. Only those 2 i trust with my trading.
Obviously my bitcoins are safely stored in my encrypted wallet.
