As I understand you need not developer of coin, you need full stack web developer. But if you want to create coin you can use Menlo.one after they lauched their own ICO.

u should write u need a co-founder who is full stack developer and tell them how many procents of the coins he can get, and give a lil bit more info here cus now u seem like an amature

I have work with so many people that say their coin will bring value, so how sure would we be. I can develop the coin and website for you but I most take Bitcoin payment then we can talk of partnership.

you know that people will join your project and work in it as long as you have mony, not even telling your what they think, and how the chances of success are
