Just curious for those who either operate or plan to develop large mining farms, where is this most feasible, State wise, in the US based on kWh?  I think the northeast is the most expensive with NY and NJ but I think the plains States or Wyoming has the overall cheapest rates.  I would be curious to see if anyone decided to move in order to either set up shop in some industrial or commercial space where the electrical rates are the cheapest.

I was reading about the solar application but unless you have a large enough purchased property it can be costly to set up those smaller mobile style units.  If you rent space not sure the owner will let you modify the property, especially the roof to accommodate those larger panels.
