Hi all,

i'm looking for max. 5 persons who are interested in joining my new buisness concept in adult niche. All testings are done and now i'm ready to scale it up and recuiting motivated workers.

There different parts of methodes and nearly no requirements of any special skills or knowlage, so that at least everyone would be able to join.

What i require:

- over 21 yo
- motivation to think big in internet buisness
- enough freetime, no other projets (sure except your daily job)
- good internet connection, no extrem old computer, own smartphone
- good english
- you have no problem to see many porn related content (i need your hand on the mouse, not in your underwear   )
- trust & believing in our upcoming empire

Sure it will be a lot of work, but i'm not a fan of downlines or any pressure. It's important that you want to reach something.
Depending on how everything goes and where you live, i predict making a living from in 1-2 years. It's all about scaling up a profitable concept.

How can you miss out the most important part when opening a job-related thread? What is the compensation offered for the right candidate? Will you be paying in BTC/ETH/Tokens/Doughnuts? Mention that as well to avoid unwanted candidates.

Who talked about a job? And yes the earnings will share in Doughnuts. 
Please don't kidding. Earnings will be money, how and what will be figured out depending of the needings of each person.

What kind of money isn't the most important part. How much is it.

There different income resources - the one gains dollars, the other one gains Bitcoin. In the end everything goes into one sum and i prefer using dollar for visual numbers and organisation. If one person want his share as BTC, its no problem, if the other one need it in Dollar, its no problem.

The problem is that you are not giving enough details for the project. Will these people be Webcam models or will they be software developers or web designers?

When I want to recruit someone for one of my projects, I will tell them what it is all about, so that they can decide if they want to leave their job to do this full-time or if their participation will only involve short-term contractual work.

At least i though it's clear i dont look for cam models. Don't know on what point you or others think that. I run a wordpress website and drive traffic with different ways and methods. And like i said i'm looking for people interested in joining are going to do the work they have knowlage/skills/motivation to do. What exactly can be figured out together.

Maybe i have a different buisness organisation idea than you, don't want hire people, i want let people join.
There is something to do for people without any technical knowlage and things to do for people with special skills.

All information whats required is listed on OP - Motivation and time are the most important points for me. Anything else you can lern easy.

I'm not talking about manage existing account. It's about creating and handling new ones concentrated on the concept and methodes to drive traffic.
