Can someone call Filthy Frank for some "It's time to stop" action?
They are too fucking retarded to realize why this is bad and they're scammy ICO's make it difficult for serious projects to get funding... They are becoming absolutely toxic...
That is why I would like to see hard regulation on this stuff...Force them to say their real name (whoever starts the ICO + the team), sign a bunch of documents, take legal responsibility, etc...
I'd love to see a project that makes a platform (which becomes a standard for every serious projects) to release ICO through them, and on the platform to be a bunch of information about them (name, office adress, etc) and privately, somewhere in the back of the platform, to be the encrypted files of their ID/driver license...when the community asks about the evolution of the project and they avoid responding, the vote starts...if the vote is 50%+ for scammy behaviour, decrypt the documents and send them directly to another project (which would be standard for the police) which stores those documents and finds the cunts... I should make an ICO lol...I should copyright this idea...
