I have been playing with Vegascasino.io since 2016.
I am considered a large player.
in 2018 ALONE, I withdrew around 15 BTC successfully
I also deposit large amounts on their website.

My first large withdrawal was on March 06 2018, the withdrawal was for around 5 BTC,
(i ALWAYS withdraw when my balance reaches anywhere near 6 BTC)
Of course my withdrawal got declined for a "random security check"
No problem, I waited about 35 hours,
then I got an email saying everything was confirmed and I got paid 100% successfully.

My last large withdrawal was on March 20 2018 for 6.6 BTC,
and I had to deal with the same exact procedure,
I got hit with a random security check email and was declined to withdraw.
I waited around 30 hours and I got paid 100% flawlessly.

Took a small break from gambling..
Only paid small deposits here and there.
I actually got a number of emails from someone at Vegascasino.io asking me if everything was alright, and that they haven't seen me playing in a while.
Which is cool I guess no problem.
Thats nice of them, but i think maybe they felt like I won big and just ran away?
I don't know....
But here is My last activity on their website was

Jan 23 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING).
Feb 15 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING).
Feb 20 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING).
Feb 21 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING)
Feb 27 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING)
March 06 2018 deposited 2.1 BTC (WON 5BTC.)
March 07 2018 deposited 1.5 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING)
March 08 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING)
March 09 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING)'
March 13 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING)'
March 15 2018 deposited 0.4 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING)'
March 20 2018 deposited 0.5BTC BTC (WON 6.6BTC.)
April 19 2018 deposited 1.5 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING).
May 01 2018 deposited .5 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING).
July 20 2018 deposited 1.1 BTC (LOST ERVERYTHING).
August 11 2018 deposited .7BTC (WON 6.9BTC)
August 12 2018 Deposited NOTHING, just used previous balance (NEW BALANCE is 8.3BTC)

August 11 2018 I won 6.9 BTC,
I asked to withdraw , and sure enough I get an email saying my withdraw has been declined due to a random security check.
My balance was SHOT back into my player's account.

August 12 2018
I played for a small amount of time, and ended up turning my 6.9 BTC balance to 8.3 BTC.
I logged off 2:15PM
I logged on random through-out the day because.. I mean.. who wouldn't? It's alot of money and they already sent an email saying withdrawal declined.. so of course I'm going to keep checking on the situation. and I am STILL WAITING FOR the "RANDOM SECURITY check" to be completed so I can withdraw.

Logged in 8:20PM
My balance is 0.84mBTC (Less than $5.00..)
I quickly thought maybe my withdraw went through,
but then i thought to myself..
how can it go through if I never pressed the button to withdraw again??
Quickly talked to live chat, and they told me that I played 17 minutes thats why my balance is 0.084 mBTC..

WHY WOULD I PLAY 17 MINUTES AGO?
I explained to him my balance should be 8.3 BTC (thats around $50,000 US Dollars...)
and that I was still waiting for my "random security check" to be completed..
Why is gods name would I ever play, and play for my ENTIRE BALANCE ALSO? LOL?? really?

I instantly tried to changed my password, it wouldn't let me.
Tried again five minutes later it let me changed my password.
Live chat told me to contact their security team via email which i did already.
Just waiting for a reply.

It's just this entire situation looks so suspicious because this website did pay me around $125,000 us dollars in BTC with some SMALL headaches, but they eventually DID pay and are HONEST PEOPLE...
I have no idea why this would happen, I obviously have a long history with them and I'm sure they trust me..
I will update everyone the moment I get updated myself.

i live stream ALL of my gambling sessions...
I have a you-tube channel and you-tube videos of my last gambling session.
I even uploaded some losing sessions as well.
I will share videos of my withdraw history , deposit history, and live gambling sessions with anyone who is interested.

I feel bad about making this post so early,, but come on honestly who wouldn't be nervous??
This never happened before and its NOT a small amount of money either.
I am a nervous WRECK!
Because the live chat person actually told me:
You played with a live dealer 17 minutes and that is why my balance is 0.00....

I emailed their security team, waiting for a reply...
Will post all videos if I need too..

The publicly proven Vegascasino scam is part of the publicly proven Bitcasino scam.

Means the responsible offenders are known and you can sue them!

As Vegascasino operates illegally they have no right to do KYC, but it is clear that if they already did KYC there is no legitimate basis denying your withdrawal requests!

Because the live chat person actually told me:
You played with a live dealer 17 minutes and that is why my balance is 0.00....
If your account really played with a live dealer, then the third party casino provider must have a record of the play.

Here is a similiar case where they unjustifiably closed the account and asked for KYC BITCASINO MADE ME WHOLE

While the customer was not able to withdraw he continued to play and lost everything, making Bitcasino clearly liable!

*update*
Vegascasino.io is refusing to pay /and or help me.
I told them I will settle for the original withdrawal request
6896.00 m฿
Was withdrawal from my account
My balance was 0
Few hours later they declined my withdrawal for random security check
Then also put the balance back in my account and made the balance playable.

those funds should have been HELD during the security review, NOT returned to the account.

If someone on here can help me or point me in the right direction

As vegascasino.io operates illegal without a license, there is only one available direction to get your balance back and it will be neither for free nor does any of the "experts" here know it.

People will keep getting scammed if they continue to play on such low-grade gambling websites. I'm not going to comment on your case because I already know how this would end. Just refrain from playing on these websites: - bitcasino.io/vegascasino.io/sportsbet.io  Have you submitted your KYC documents yet? If yes, get ready to submit them one more time. Smiley

I can't imagine what you must have been going through considering the value of the amount hanging in that account. Coming to the forum would create awareness but I don't see how they can be made to right the wrong that have been done to you as I have not seen this site before nor its ANN thread on the forum that the community manager can be forced to make a statement on. I don't know what endeared you to them in the first place but there are several site to pick from and can be held accountable for their actions. From what I can gather, since they have returned the fund into your 'Playable account', I think the option for you is to make another withdrawal immediately and see what else they can claim is happening and don't forget to update the thread on new development concerning this.

Hello everybody,

first I would like to say there was a lot of changes in Vegascasino.io lately, especially in management team. As already mentioned in our new thread, we are putting a lot of effort into building a better experience for all our players and our first step is to solve as many issues as possible and try not to repeat them.

About this specific case, this is the report I got from our fraud department:

We have checked entire players login, deposit and withdrawal history on our casino, looking for any clue to what happened.
Records show a login on their account on 12.8.2019 at 23:16 and 23:42 GMT, and subsequent plays mostly on live casino (Ezugi Live), with a loss of 7.09 BTC and some play on Slots (Jumpin Pot by Gameart) with a loss of 1.12 BTC, that's 8.21 BTC in total.
We compared these login details (taken by our fraud tool) to other logins on this account, taken throughout their entire gambling history at our casino.
Our conclusion is that there are absolutely no differences between them. Same login details were used six times before, twice even for making a deposit.
In addition to that, we also provide additional 2-step verification (via Google Authenticator), which was enabled for this account and made any 3rd party logins near impossible.
There is almost zero doubt in our mind that no 3rd party invasions occurred in relation to their account. The only possibility of a 3rd party access to their account could be from someone who had a physical access to their computer and mobile phone at the same time, which is obviously not in our hands to prevent it.

In case of any questions, please ask.

Best regards,
