The event is updated every two weeks, but there are limits to this update, and only 14 events can be updated every two weeks! So your number of replies exceeds the activity!

The number of activities identified in this way:
time = the number of two weeks you posted from
activity = minute (time * 14, post)
Activity is updated hourly.

It doesn't mean because you got 59 posts, you'll get activity. If you have consumed the 14 activities for 2 weeks, you have to wait for another week to have an additional 14 activity.

There's a limit on how many activity pointa you can get within two weeks. 14 activity points per 2 weeks meaning 1 activity point per day. If  you did not get post count in two weeks then your activity points will not increased in given time. After that all you need to do is start in another two weeks to increase your activity points

Looking at your post history I think You should stop worrying about your forum activity anymore and actually try to improve your post quality, it is actually more important now as your post contributions are more important than ever with the inclusion of the merit system as even if you have 1,000 activity and you have zero merits you will stay as a Jr. Member here in the forum forever. Actually try to read the OP as well as other posts from that thread before you even create your post, and as much as you can try to avoid megathreads (15+ pages) as you will most likely not contribute something new.

Hi, you need to learn more about ranks. You have 14 activities every 2 weeks so you cant raise the activity that fast.  Here you can learn about the ranks.
