Newbies usually fall into this category of creating threads or posts not relating to what is discussed. And this can lead to been banned, and usually the fourth time of been banned means that the user has been permabanned. And newbies fall prey most times because they fault these rules.
There are plenty of threads that provide these rules and serve as guidelines and it's not a waste of time to painstakingly read them and follow through.
Signature campaigns might be attractive but they also have their own rules too. There are many rules and you can't know them all but it would be advisable to be cautious here because the moderators are very strict.
