Bounty campaign will start second part of September.

We want to continue bounty until pre-ICO which is December so all in all around 2.5 months.
Then token release.

I think the team is the most important - how reliable the team is, if there is enough effort visible, if there are some effects of work and if the team is professional. Our project is a little different / it's mixed football and IT, so everyone can see visible marks of professionalism more clearly: the best startup award on Blockchain Next conference, Iskander VC accelerator program, conferences, travelling to establish business roots, players supporting the project - this is something to prove the project is not a scam at all.

We don't see there were any big "mistakes" we've done so far. It's more everyday problems that come and go. It's a project so you will have plenty of issues on the way. I think the mistake in the initial phase was that we wanted to do too much at the same time - page, whitepaper, video and put it all together at the same time. It didn't work, we received initially low notes on icobench and the team was a little disappointed.  But we started fixing it one by one and it's all good now. The only thing left is growing community stronger which will further improve our position.

We're working on AI prototype for talent recognition. We're currently doing detailed technical documentation and after it's finished we might consider it but at this very moment, not yet.

We see Bitcademy as a global marketplace where many organizations and players benefit from funding and investors from sharing profit. We see us operating on all continents and empowering thousands of young players.

First of all, we have a strong team and we're building connections and investment opportunities before ICO, right now to assure smooth start.
It will take swift management to bring long-term profit and stability but we're 100% sure we have right resources.
We also know that the market is very big and as a pioneer in it we have a lot of opportunities to prosper but we have to do things right.

I'm happy to hear that you mentioned long-term investors - we have at least 3 revenue streams that we want to explore but we're here for the long run, no cutting corners - we value dedicated investors the most that's why there are many incentives holding tokens for longer.

If this is brand new that can also be a great opportunity. Maybe there is a lot of interest in this product. I haven't heard of something like this before and the unknown often comes with the biggest opportunities.

We have a variety of sports here because you can connect whole teams in separate domains or individual players. We're looking closely at tennis, basketball and volleyball for now but we're really not reduced only to these disciplines.
