We're not there yet with that. We will use an external company to control telegram for that & to control security overall (like malware attacks, DDOS etc).
There will be clear instructions for users for ICO but they will be introduced in due time.

yes! they have plans, i think that question has already answered by the team. their model now prefers organizations. it meant by group sports like basketball, volleyball rather than individual players but according to them, it can be modified according to the future market needs.

Yes, to apply all the setup for your players the most convenient way is to have a club or academy.
But individual players (like tennis) can also wear trackers right?
