This is not something that should be done over the internet. There is a lot of cost to using real estate as collateral. It has to be inspected to determine their value, etc. You must have a clear title (including no liens against the property), and in some cases may have to get an attorney involved to draw up an agreement that would be considered valid in the state of NY, though using real estate as collateral for cryptocurrency may be a very grey area due to how volatile the market is. All of this should be done with a local lender, probably with a bank.

we are looking for a hard money portfolio loan interest only 5 houses are valued at 75K and over and the other is valued a 50k the titles are all clear and owned by the same owner /company because it's a business loan refinance flip or fix business owners credit is not the best 500 to 600 hundreds.....can some one please point me in the right direction ....we are looking for private lenders .....I have many many clients with this same situation banks will not deal with them because thier credit is less than perfect I think Im not sure but this is a great market for btc because sometime you just don't want to hodle .... as for how will it work for the most part internet but because of the sensitivity of the loan closing and transaction can be done face to face between lender and borrower ...... either way i am offering a bounty on this ...just have to figure out 2 things how much and i have too triple check if this is legal...

Really? Would someone trust and give you their money for 3 full years with an interest rate of "ONLY" 11%? Wouldn't they mess around their BTC by trading it elsewhere leveraging it at BitMex or some other leverage-providers and make that 11% in a day alone - rather than waiting like a beggar for such a huge amount after lending it to you? (here: BTC is something that can be at any value during these 3 years, why to bother for this guy's 11%?)

11% total interest for a 3 year loan is pretty bad, but 11% APR would be on the higher end of a home loan/refi..
I want to see if their is any interest in hard money loans here actually because it it something I think about sometimes to do some real estate deals, but my credit is better and I would never ask for something like this without presenting a solid business plan outlining the figures of what the deal would cost and how much profit is to be expected.. Not to mention a thorough description and valuation of the collateral..
I think anyone would love to refi at 11% per 3 year term.. If a landlord could get that rate he would save a bit of money..
11% APR and you might attract some hard money lenders..
I think OP is wrong on the market though.. I don't think this is the time to be dumping BTC, but to each his own..
