since long time ago. They should pay some cost to move the fund, you know, illegal fund. It's troublesome as the anti-money-laundry is the world wide rules for the traditional bank.

Now bitcoin solve their trouble. Sell drugs on silk road or its local version, and combined with the service of bit-pay, the money is already in the account of mtgox, and no need to worry the local police go to your door.

So, just do it, a copied and opensource SR with a function that can easily implement different languages.

Sponsoring terrorism, drugs, violence, genocide and wars never was a problem to banks. Offshores are created for this especially. The difference is - they don't need bribe the cops and govt anymore. Troll harder.

you still have to get the money out of bitcoin and into cash somehow unless you can entirely live off bitcoins where you live.

then you need IDs, create a paper trail ect. you still need the offshore bank in other words
