Is there a place I can bet on MtGox's insolvency / solvency - or whether customers will get their full funds back? Very interested, any advice appreciated.

You could just offer to buy someone's MtGox coins at a huge discount. Of course, with the system down, you'd have to trust him to send them later.

I want to bet on the fact that Gox will never pay back their coins. I'm not betting on their solvency. Already have money in Gox but if i bet against ever getting it back I can still make a small win.

lost 1.35BTC only because I was stuck there as US withdrawals were stopped (saw announcement too late) left it there to attempt swing trading was able to booots up my balance with last wide swings

on one hand I think Mtgox will be back ... but probably not allow trading at witch point there will be mass exodus, thus ruining their business even for last hold out customers

looks like there only a way to bet Mtgox reopening not AGAINST so dosent help any one with their funds trapped.
